User Policy

1. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to misuse OMS Organization™ platforms — no unlawful activity, no attempts to bypass authentication, no scraping of protected data, no distribution of malware.
2. Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activity performed under their account. Report suspected compromise to info@omsit.com immediately.
3. Data & Privacy
OMS IT™ collects only the information required to deliver services (name, contact, engagement data). Personal data is protected using industry-standard controls and never sold to third parties.
4. Communication
By engaging OMS IT™, users consent to receive project-related communication via email, phone and WhatsApp on the numbers they provide.
5. Content Standards
Users must not submit content that is defamatory, infringing, discriminatory or unlawful. OMS IT™ reserves the right to refuse or terminate service for policy violations.
6. Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for breach of this policy, with written notice where reasonable. Termination does not affect obligations already accrued.
