Terms & Conditions — OMS IT™ / OMS Organization™

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, engaging OMS IT™ on any freelance marketplace, or using any OMS Organization™ platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services

OMS IT™ provides AI platforms, enterprise software, digital marketing, IT consulting and related services. Scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for any engagement are set out in a signed proposal, SOW, or the applicable marketplace order.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos and platform code on OMS Organization™ properties remain the property of OMS IT™ unless explicitly assigned in writing. Client-owned data and deliverables are governed by the engagement contract.

4. Payment & Refunds

Payment terms follow the applicable proposal or marketplace policy (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer.com, direct invoice). Milestone-based projects are non-refundable once a milestone is approved.

5. Confidentiality

OMS IT™ maintains confidentiality of client information, credentials and business data shared during engagements, and applies role-based access to all internal systems.

6. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided on an "as-is" basis. OMS IT™ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of use of the website or platforms, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka.
